Time To Delegate

As a manager you’re an expert in delegating tasks and responsibilities.

Still regarding your fitness you think you can do it all by yourself. Did that work well for you in the past? If the answer is “no” or “more or less” then this article is for you.

From those very busy people we’ve been working with, we’ve learned that there are three main problems they’d been facing before delegating their fitness.

Problem #1: You’re lacking structure
Squeezing random workouts into the few open time slots and then barely showing up once or twice won’t get you very far.

Imagine you could delegate that task to a personal trainer who fits your workouts perfectly into your busy schedule. And on those days when you just can’t make the time, he gives you a quick and simple plan B.

Problem #2: You’re lacking know-how

You’re an expert in your field, but probably not in fitness. You gather all your knowledge about workouts (and all that) and hope it’s enough to get you fit. Or even worse: You copy someone else’s training program.

Imagine you would have an expert on your side. Someone who tailors you an individual program (respecting your interests, needs, and goals) and progressively implements the habits you need to get and stay fit forever.

Problem #3: You’re lacking accountability
One of the reasons your business is running well is your ambitious team. A group of professionals working on the same project and holding each other accountable.

Imagine you would team up with an expert who does everything to get you in shape. Someone who reminds you to do your workouts, helps improve your habits and keeps track of your progress.

Let’s face it: You have little time and besides work and family life fitness is just not a priority. Then why don’t you do what you do best and delegate it?
