How To Start Starting Your Days Right

Kicking off your day with exercise can boost your energy levels, improve your mood, and increase your productivity. It’s also a great way to reduce stress and improve overall health.

Bla, bla, bla. 🥱

You’ve probably heard that before, or at least you could have guessed it.

But then why haven’t you made this a habit yet?

Probably, because you’re living a dynamic, busy life and you don’t have time to exercise in the morning. Or you’re just too tired and lazy to motivate yourself to get moving when you just woke up – I know that from my own experience.

Here’s the trick that helps me to stay consistent with my morning routine no matter in what mood I wake up:

Depending on your time and energy, choose between…

LEVEL 1:

Turn on you fav song and do some random mobility or cardio movements until it ends. Easy movements, movements you enjoy. Whatever just comes to your mind. And if you’re having a total black out an easy walk around the block count counts.

LEVEL 2:

Search for “mobility morning routine” on YouTube and just choose the video that looks most interesting to you (after trying out a few, maybe you find one you actually enjoy)

LEVEL 3:

A full-body workout (what I did this morning). The most effective and rewarding option. Make sure to include as many different muscle groups as possible. I’d recommend compound exercises with your own bodyweight – Squats, Push-Ups, Burpees, etc.

Start more mornings the right way. You’ll feel the benefits all day long.
