To get and stay fit as remote workers, our training must be just as flexible as our life. Unlike many coaches out there I claim that not having a rigid workout schedule is what keeps me fit.

Having different workout plans for different situations makes it easy for me to adapt my training to my lifestyle – and like that stay consistent.
