The 80/20 Diet

Never have I ever written a meal plan.

Eating mostly healthy for a lifetime is better than going all in with keto, paleo, or such – and then falling back to old eating habits after a few weeks.

Keeping our nutrition at least 80% healthy is what keeps us and our gym members fit, while not restricting ourselves.
